ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take action to return the petitioner's original sale deed in Doc.No.3341/2009 from the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.424 of 2025, only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out. He would further submit that the enquiry would be completed and appropriate decision would be taken within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent No.2 to conclude the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.08.2025 and to communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
