ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] Challenging the notification issued by the 2nd respondent dated 21.12.2015, this Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that though the notification was issued on 21.12.2015, inviting applications for providing quarrying permission, subsequently, the District Administration, especially, the 2nd respondent decided not to proceed pursuant to the impugned notification and no quarrying licence is given to anyone as alleged or apprehended by the petitioner. 4.In view of the said stand taken by the 2nd respondent, as the impugned notification has not been acted upon and it had been given up by the 2nd respondent, we feel that recording the aforestated, this Writ Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
