Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent for maintaining the excommunication against the petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent for excommunicating the petitioner and her family members.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had given a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 on 11.08.2025, which was not acted upon.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint dated 11.08.2025 was registered as CSR No.350 of 2025 and on enquiry, it was found that the allegation of excommunication is unfounded and hence the official respondents have closed the complaint.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would deny the same.

5. Since the petitioner's complaint had already been acted upon and a decision has been taken, the petitioner shall challenge the decision taken by the official respondents in the manner known to law. The official respondents shall communicate the decision taken to the petitioner forthwith.

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
