PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for entire records pertaining to the order of transfer passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1667/2016/Pa2 dated 22.10.2016 as well as the consequential order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.321/2016 dated 01.11.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to place the petitioner in the post of Sanitary Supervisor at Panagudi Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Tirunelveli District.
