The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner died and he informed the family members/legal heirs of the deceased petitioner about this case to take further steps, but there is no reply from their side and in view of the same, this case may be dismissed as abated.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

3. No costs.

4. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
