The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the property comprised in S.No. 4/2 in Kuraiyur Village, Kuraiyur Post, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2025.

2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Mr. M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (crl.Side) takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was assigned to her by Government and the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the same for the past 30 years. Patta for the subject property stands in patta No.251. The petitioner submitted an application on 16.07.2025 seeking survey of the property, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she submitted a representation on 18.07.2025 and the same was also not considered. Hence, she has come before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not submitted proper online application. Hence, her request has not been considered. 5.

In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce acknowledgment for having submitted online application before the first respondent, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
