When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the entire issue had been settled before the Lok Adalat in a criminal case arising out of the theft of energy, for which an assessment order had also been passed.

2. Recording the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
