ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.72 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.05.2023, at about 04.00 pm., due to quarrel arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant with regard to the taking drinking water from corporation pipe, the petitioner abused her in filthy language and also attacked her. Hence, the case. 3.This is the second anticipatory bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 22.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11170 of 2023 on the ground that the petitioner is having eight previous cases and now even after dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition.

5.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
