The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the un-authorized commercial building construction put up by the respondents 4 to 7 in T.S.No.721/2 part, ward No.1, Block No.13, Type - HIG-B, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2023.

2. In view of the status report filed by the Commissioner, Dindigul Corporation, Dindigul and the Local Planning Authority, Dindigul, in connected Review Application Writ (MD) No.234 of 2023 stating that the further action to implement the project has been dropped and the land acquisition proposed to be initiated is also dropped, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
