ORDER
These writ petitioners have approached this Court challenging the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Karur converting the Kalam in S.No.456/11 into crematorium.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the land originally classified as Kalam has been converted into Mayanam.
3.The learned Counsel for the Additional Government Pleader submits that pending these writ petitions the land in dispute had been converted into crematorium, crematorium has also come into use for the villagers.

4.Recording the submission the learned Additional Government Pleader, these writ petitions are closed. However, the respondents are directed to provide alternate place for being used as Kalam to the villagers. No costs.
