COMMON ORDER The writ petitioners belong to D group employees. Their pay had been wrongly fixed and the fixation had continued for several years. Still in view of white washer case, recovery cannot made. Therefore, the earlier interim order is modified and the recovery alone is totally stayed.

2. Since the learned standing counsel also clarifies that they have not made any recovery, they will abide by the outcome of the writ petition.

3. The issue regarding re-fixation will have to be necessarily decided in the main case. The management has also filed vacate stay petition.
