When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2021 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagercoil through e-filing CCLTN.20220002323C202400018 on 10.04.2024. Hence, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
