O R D E R
This petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings in C.C.No. 757 of 2015 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichy.
2.This Court had referred the parties to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, in order to make an attempt to arrive at a settlement. Accordingly, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and by an Mediation agreement dated 25.07.2019, both the parties have settled the dispute among https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ themselves and the same is evident from the report of the Mediation
and Conciliation Centre and also the Mediation agreement that has been filed in this case. The proof of payment has also been filed.
3. Since the parties have chosen to settle the dispute, nothing more survives in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No. 757 of 2015 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Trichy is quashed insofar as the petitioner is concerned. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. The mediation report shall form part and parcel of the order.
