This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 10 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Karaikudi under Sections 498(A) and 506 (i) of IPC

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 10 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.95 of 2019.
