Appeal Suit filed under Order 41 r/w Section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code against the decree and judgment made in O.S. No.26 of 2012, dated 29.4.2015, on the file of the Additional District Court, Pudukkottai. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. N.Kamesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Thiagarajan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following 1/3

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time limit for filing non-judicial stamp paper in A.S(MD)No.244 of 2015, dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have produced the stamp paper on 30.06.2023, but the Registry has returned the same stating that the stamp paper should have been filed before 26.06.2023 as per directions of this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time for filing the non-judicial stamp paper in A.S(MD) No.244 of 2015, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
