ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118 (1), 351 (3) BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1986, in Cr.No. 164 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute between the parties, the petitioners had abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him and caused injury. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured is still inpatient, for the present, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
