ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge(PCR) Thanjavur,Principal District Judge,Thanjavur(Full Additional Charge) in D.No.5179/2025 dated 01.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.200 of 2022 on

the file of the Principal District Court,Thanjavur,this Court made the following order:- This court, by order dated 19.07.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.200 of 2022 now pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, simultaneously along with the suit in O.S.No.281 of 2019 now pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, on its transfer to the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, and renumbering thereon, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, vide letter in D.No.420/2025, dated 21.01.2025, this court by order dated 21.02.2025, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, once again addressed a letter in D.No.5179/2025, dated 01.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further three months time to comply with the orders dated 19.07.2024 and 21.02.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 19.07.2024 and 21.02.2025.
