This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in S.C.No.365 of 2021 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Madurai.
2. The defacto complainant Sundaraprakash is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.M.Arumugam, SSI of Police attached to C2 Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned proceedings alive.
