- - - - - The Hon'ble High Court, has passed the following order made in Crl.O.P.20862 and 20863 of 2018 on 28.07.2021; These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to transfer CC Nos.213 of 2018 and 79 of 2018, from the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabapuram to some other agency. 2.The sole ground on which these petitions have been filed is that the Bar Association of Kuzhithurai, Padmanabhapuram, Eraniel, Boothapandi and Nagercoil has passed a resolution to the effect that no advocate should appear on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that no such occurrence has been taken place in the school premises.
4.Let a Report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabapuram by enclosing the copy of these two petitions.
5.List the matter for final disposal on 25.08.2021 after receipt of the Report.
