O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order, dated 24.04.2015, on the file of the respondents No. 1 and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners in the post of Junior Assistants by considering the past service of the petitioners with all consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioners are working as NMR employees in the first respondent. The petitioners are seeking to regularize their service. However, the same was declined through impugned order stating financial constraints. Due to efflux of time, the financial status of the respondents would have been improved. 2/4

Therefore, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned order directing the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance to rules and regulations, taking into consideration of their eligibility and pass appropriate orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 07.02.2023 Internet : Yes Tmg 3/4
