This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take appropriate action upon the petitioner compliant, dated 03.08.2024, 31.08.2024 and 09.09.2024 and respectively and complete the enquiry and pass order upon the petitioner compliant within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there existed dispute between the petitioner and the College Management with regard to the payment of fees alleged to have been demanded by the College Management for the petitioner's son and that the petitioner's complaint is pending in C.S.R.No.407 of 2024.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the respondent in the petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and take decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
