Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 6th respondent in his proceedings No.Na.Ka.A2/11142/2015 dated 06.12.2015 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently direct the 6th respondent to issue regular Patta in the petitioner's name with regard to the house bearing Plot No.MIG-15 bearing Survey No.310/1 Part to an extent of 180 square metre situated at No.33, Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER
It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner's request for grant of regular patta is under process.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, a direction is issued to the sixth respondent to grant patta to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
