This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the constitution of the School Committee of the third respondent School from 06.03.2016 under the Presidentship of the fourth respondent and the proceedings of the School Committee under the Presidentship of the fourth respondent, and quashing the same, and consequently forbearing the respondents more particularly third and fourth respondents from convening and conducting the meeting of the School Committee of the third respondent under the Presidentship of the fourth respondent. 2. Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
