2.The petitioner seeks issuance of community certificate for her daughter.

3.We permit the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the second respondent. On receipt thereof, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
