This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner his wife namely Sahaya Losini by compelling them to sell the house of the petitioner's wife at Veerapandianpattinam, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District and settle the alleged arrears of loan amount due to 4th respondent thereby interfering in civil matters.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.20985 of 2018 3.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. However, it is made clear that since the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
