Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALAIYARASI BHARATHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17342 of 2021 on 10.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first petitioner is working as a Driver in the Transport Corporation. Therefore, he is not in a position to appear before the respondent police daily.
