2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner appeared before the respondent police only one time and he did not respond the summons as well.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is cancelled and this petition is also dismissed.
