This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of the petitioner's suspension within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Salesman in the second respondent Society in the year 2013 through District Recruitment Bureau, Tiruchirappalli. The only grievance of the petitioner is that while he was working as Salesman in the second respondent credit society, he was suspended from service on 27.01.2016 on the ground that the petitioner was involved in a criminal case and after his suspension, subsistence allowance was not paid to him. Hence, he submitted a representation to the respondents on 04.1.2016. However, the respondents have not considered the said representation till date. Hence, this writ petition.

W.P.(MD)No.22253of 2016 3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent society would submit that pending writ petition, the subsistence allowance was settled to the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent society.
5. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
