Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MAHENDRARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5882 of 2024, dated 17.04.2024. 1/3

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition only for 9 days. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed his difficulty on the ground that since the petitioner is working as Block Development Officer, RS Mangalam, he is unable to go daily.

4.
