ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 9(1) r/w. 10 of POCSO Act, in Crime.No.487 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is already married and he is said to have enticed the minor child, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
