A perusal of the records shows that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of dismissal in a Transfer O.P., where a transfer of suit in O.S.No.743 of 2016 from the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli to I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, is sought for, to be tried along with R.C.O.P.No.64/11 in E.P.No.91/14.
2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners has submitted the printout of the daily status from the e-courts website, wherein O.S.No.743 of 2016 has been dismissed for default on 30.06.2023. 3.In view of the dismissal of the said suit, the very prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
