This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in M.C.No.19 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since compromise has been reached between the parties, the first respondent has withdrawn the case in M.C.No.19 of 2018 and on that basis, the case in M.C.No.19 of 2018 was dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
