2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The names of 2nd and 3rd respondents have been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
