Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.A.ARUL JENIFER, Advocate for M/S.KBS LAW OFFICE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the criminal revision cases, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2152 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.192 of 2024, dated 22.02.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for the past seven months.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

4. Since the Criminal Revision case is pending and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only for seven months, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions.

5.The petition is dismissed accordingly.
