PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent herein made in Letter No.499/AH7/2016-2, dated 09.05.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents herein to give paper promotion to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry (Technical) from the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon with monetary and attendant benefits.
