ORDER
Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
2.This Criminal Original Petition is a direct fall out of the prosecution initiated against the former Minister K.T.Rajendra Balaji. The Hon'ble Supreme Court is presently seized of the matter and the accused has been granted interim bail. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions states that the respondents would deal with the petitioner and her family members by adhering to due process of law. It has been further undertaken that the petitioner or his family members who are not accused in the case will not be harassed in any manner. 4.Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
