O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.80 of 2022 basing on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 10.01.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.80 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 has already been completed and charge sheet is filed as CC.No.1 of 2023 before the concerned Court on 05.12.2022. 3.Once the investigation has already been completed, this petition seeking transfer of investigation does not lie. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court seeking further investigation, if he is aggrieved by the investigation of the respondent police.
