O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Secretary of the Kurumathoor Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, challenging the order of transfer dated 22.08.2023, wherein he was transferred to Arumanai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined in the transferred Society. However, it is the grievance of the petitioner that the Kurumathoor Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society has not transferred his GPF amount to the Arumanai Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society.

3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
