PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same and file a report in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2023, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to conduct proper enquiry and to investigate the same and file a report in accordance with law, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2023, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is kept pending on the file of the respondent police. It will be considered within a short time.

3.Let the above said complaint given by the petitioner be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the complaint, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
