ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the writ petitioner's compliant dated 13.09.2024 lodged before the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner has given a complaint stating that the writ petitioner's mother name was purposely excluded in the legal heirship certificate and on that basis, CSR No.1902 of 2024 came to be registered and is pending for enquiry.
4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the 2/4
writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
