The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the Criminal Appeal filed by the co-accused before this Court ended in acquittal and the same set of evidence has been relied upon as against the appellant in this case also.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall go through the judgment and appraise about the said stand taken by the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Post this case on 02.06.2026.

4. In the meantime, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready.
