This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to shift the electoral list of voters in ward No.3,5,11 and 12 of Punnapatti Panchayat, Natham Panchayat Union ward No.14 Dindigul District to Ward No.13, the Velampatti Panchayat, Natham Panchayat Union of Dindigul District.
2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and orders have already been passed. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
