ORDER

After making some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the bundle, which is as follows:

"Earlier the matter was referred to mediation and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.22377 of 2016 the mediation, the 4th respondent has agreed to pay half share of the pension amount to the petitioner. As of now, the 4th respondent is giving half share of the pension amount to the petitioner. In the said circumstances, there is no need for passing any order in the present writ petition. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
