ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 08.03.2022 to the third respondent requesting him to rectify the error found in the patta standing in his name in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.390/4, 392/17A, 392/25A, 390/2, 382/2, 382/4, 383/1, 382/5, 390/1, 383/3 and 383/6 situated at Thirupathisaram Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District and has also filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to pass orders on his representation.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that for the very same relief, the petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.6337 of 2022 and this Court, by order dated 06.04.2022 has issued a direction to the third respondent/the Tahsildar, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2022 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Even thereafter, the third respondent has not passed any order on the petitioner's representation and therefore, he has submitted a fresh representation on 21.08.2023 before the 3rd respondent and filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submits that the subject lands belong to Kanyakumari Mutt and therefore, the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2022 was rejected by the third respondent by his proceedings dated 01.06.2022.
