This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent not to initiate any proceedings as against the petitioner till the disposal of the ESIOP.Nos.81,83,84,85,86,88 of 2016 on the file of the Employees State Insurance Court (Labour Court), Madurai. 2.When the writ petition has been taken for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits the respondents have decided not to initiate any action till the disposal of ESIOP.Nos.81,83,84,85,86,88 of 2016 on the file of the Employees State Insurance Court (Labour Court), Madurai.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
