ORDER

The revision petitioners have filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 16.09.2019 passed in I.A.No.871 of 2018 in O.S.No.158 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif, Palani.

2. The said Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.871 of 2018 was filed by the 1st respondent / plaintiff to implead himself as a party to the suit, under Order 1 Rule 8 CPC.

3. Now, it is reported by both sides counsel that the suit itself was dismissed for default, and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

4. In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the suit is not restored, the petitioners have a right to file a fresh suit. No costs.
