Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take action and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 12.09.2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the Vice President of a Society viz., Majlis-Ul-Ulama and in respect of the Society properties, civil suit has been filed, and a second appeal has also been filed before this Court in S.A.No.1020 of 2007. One Anwar, who was working as a General Secretary, created a forged resolution and withdrawn the second appeal. Hence, he made a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Madurai. Subsequently, the complaint has been transferred to the Commissioner of Police, Trichy, which was pending and no order was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that now the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into by the Inspector of Police, K.K.Nagar Police Station and closed as civil in nature and directed the parties to approach the concerned civil Court.

4. Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2018, has been enquired into and closed, no further order is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
