PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the Additional District Court at Srivilliputhur to dispose of the suit in I.A.No.01 of 2025 in O.S.No.210 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Additional District Court at Srivilliputhur as expeditiously as possible and allow the Civil Revision Petition. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Additional District Court at Srivilliputhur to dispose of I.A.No.01 of 2025 in O.S.No.210 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2024, on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur, in which the petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2025, seeking to restrain the respondents / defendants from alienating the petition mentioned properties till the disposal of the suit and the said I.A. is pending consideration. Therefore, he prays for a direction to the learned Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur, to dispose of the said I.A. within a stipulated time. 3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Since the said I.A. is for interim releif, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned learned Additional District Court, 3/6

Srivilliputhur, to dispose of I.A.No.01 of 2025 in O.S.No.210 of 2024, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
