Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the writ petitioner is that the first respondent should pass order on the petition mentioned proposal.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned proposal and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
