PRAYER :-Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction directing the respondent no 3 to provide the medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs. 4,96,469/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty Nine only) to the petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner, who is a retired State Government employee, is the beneficiary under the NHIS. He had undergone a surgery at the 4th respondent Hospital, for which, he claimed medical reimbursement from the respondents 1 to 3. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned standing counsel for the 3rd respondent. 2/4

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, by relying on the counter affidavit, submitted that the petitioner's case was considered and an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only), as it was found to be eligible for reimbursement, has been credited in his account.
4. Since the maximum ceiling amount has been sanctioned, I do not find any reason for further consideration. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
